Remember... // one shot.
:) little something I had to write:) opinions are welcome. enjoy. ;) . . . Remember. Remember when we were toddlers... babies who were barely able to enunciate a single letter. We barely knew the difference between right & wrong. The only thing we longed for was our bottle, filled with hot milk. We were infants, ready to be brainwashed into a stereotype mold of society. Yeah, that was us. Remember when we were kids... kindergarteners who were busy playing with our crayons and didn't have a care for the world. We were dreamers and free-spirits. We would dress up a certain way and play with our little friends. The boys who were quickly becoming men, were occupying themselves by pulling at their crush's pigtails. We young and naïve, harmless in every way possible. But surely, we were slowly becoming that certain stereotype... we were just too ignorant to see it unfold right before our eyes. Remember when our only care for the world was how many coloured crayons we possessed. Or how about how many barbies were in our collection? Or if we were going to get our desired presents from Santa ? Truth is, it was a beautiful time in our life. This certain naivety was what made me crave for adulthood. Boy, was I wrong... Remember when our only concern when it came to school was learning our additions & subtractions... no need for quadratic equations or analytic geometry. In science, we would learn that crayons weren't able to float and we were able to form a tornado within a Pepsi 2L ...
